One of the best thing i bought from amazon. Never before i was able to get such a non sticky dosa. I received it today immediately seasoned it with oil and onion. I used readymade idli-dosa atta to prepare dosa. You can make dosa like pro just like street dosa vendor. The only part is we need to take care of it and they have suggested not to wash after every use which is little difficult to digest. Overall best quality and finish. Use cloth to wipe out extra remains and then apply thin layer.

They say its pre seasoned but the first few times i tried everything stuck and didnt come at all (this is after following the instructions gven in the booklet) .Then i started seasoning the pan myself.Youtube has several videos.After 7 days of seasoning the pan was ready.Dosas come out without sticking.I am very happy with the pan.But please note that you hav to season it bfre it starts working

I have selected dynamic over embassy, Meyer , Bhagya. Cleaned as per instructions first dosa onwards came out very well . I recommend this to others also bz its smooth finish and design. I suggest to manufacturer about handles to give some bigger or distance holes to carry

Some one has made this product with a lot of passion. Had ordered a better known brand, but had to return it as the tawa cracked in the first heating itself. Then ordered the Dynamic tawa. The attention to detail is immediately evident. No sharp corners, well rounded edges and handles, beautiful casting finish. The machined cooking surface gives this tawa it's true advantage. Have been using for a month now and absolutely no problems with burnt or sticky dosas and chilas. Very evenly cooked ,clean ,thin crispy stuff. Day after day. Highly recommended. Expensive but worth every penny.

I bought this on 2020 and came back to give review on 2024. I had seasoned it and after that I maintain it basic wash-dry-store. This is a wonderful product . Roti Dosa to kababs fry like hotel style ,alu paratha to egg rolls everything come out perfectly. I am going to buy another size .

After much research went for this one . Dosa come out beautiful, just that this needs to heated well before use else everything will stick. Use it as a multi-purpose utensil. Paneer tikkas to less oil chicken tikkas , besan / daal chillas , even roti tawa Works for all Heavy for sure . Needs continuous oiling post use You would need silicon hand covers to move it post use , since it's completely iron so becomes very hot .
