Dynamic Cookwares Cast Iron Dosa/Pizza Pan is craftily designed to make round and crisp dosas fluffy rotis and melt in your mouth pizzas. The Even Matt finish seasoning enables easy release of dosas. Features a thick base for slow cooking to retain food nutrients and fortify food with iron. Next time you do not have to worry about an overcooked center in a dosa. Our thick base will ensure that heat is evenly spread throughout the pan to help make crispy golden dosas and fluffy rotis. A first of a kind in the market our pan has a deep cooking surface that can be used to make full-size pizzas. We have pre-seasoned our pan with organic cold-pressed gingelly oil to give a natural non-stick finish. No chemicals are used in the seasoning process. Advantages
This is a good quality product however the pre-seasoning done is not up to the mark. To be fair I think they have done the best they could else the product would look very oily. You will have to do one round of seasoning yourself. The heat distribution is ok but not perfect. The centre part gets heated more, but I think this is the case with all iron tawas. You cannot compare this with a non-stick coated where heat distribution is perfect but you run the risk of consuming harmful nonstick coating chemicals. A tip to make dosas on this is to do the cooking on the iron tawa on medium flame. If you use high flame your dosa will be burnt in the centre. I use a small coat of a couple or drops of oil and I rub the surface with a cut onion before spreading the dosa batter. This ensures that the dosa doesn't stick.

I use a mix of mild soap and salt if there are tough stains. •Dosa have never been this crisp.Might be the iron absorption,it taste so goood! •Made sandwiches in this too,and they’d become your comfort food. Grills perfect and beautifully that i’ve ditched my sandwich maker. Overall very well priced and very sturdy and good product. Do take care of it and it might last you ages.

Some one has made this product with a lot of passion. Had ordered a better known brand, but had to return it as the tawa cracked in the first heating itself. Then ordered the Dynamic tawa. The attention to detail is immediately evident. No sharp corners, well rounded edges and handles, beautiful casting finish. The machined cooking surface gives this tawa it's true advantage. Have been using for a month now and absolutely no problems with burnt or sticky dosas and chilas. Very evenly cooked ,clean ,thin crispy stuff. Day after day. Highly recommended. Expensive but worth every penny.
