One of the best thing i bought from amazon. Never before i was able to get such a non sticky dosa. I received it today immediately seasoned it with oil and onion. I used readymade idli-dosa atta to prepare dosa. You can make dosa like pro just like street dosa vendor. The only part is we need to take care of it and they have suggested not to wash after every use which is little difficult to digest. Overall best quality and finish. Use cloth to wipe out extra remains and then apply thin layer.

Super ?? first time dosas not come well but after second time I do some work with patience. heat the pan about 5 mints on low to medium flame still smoke and then turn off leave it for 10 min till cool then do dosas it will come very well like nonstick I big fan of dynamic cast iron cookware I already using cast iron ippam about 8 months it is amazing... Only thing keep in mind is u have little patience while cooking compare with nonstick

Pre seasoning doesn't stay long, so better to season it again. The top black layer which is pre seasoned seals off in couple of months. And in my case it rusted once the seasoned layer peeled off. I cleaned it and seasoned again. Works well now.

Awesome and healthy dosas, uttapams and chillas. It is awesome dosa tawa... cast iron so naturally non stick..... people please avoid non-stick and aluminum utensils.. switch to healthier versions like this one.
