Place where handle joins tawa is not perfectly fixed with ripid. Handle got detached from tawa after a month of purchase. I called cellokitchenette but they said that they support electronics and recomended to call jcello customer care. I called them and they asked to write an email at customercare@cellokitchenette.com.I wrote email on 29OCT20 but there is no teponse since then.Wastage of money if product is not good and top of it if customer support is worst

I am using this item for last one month and didn't find any issue. Really it is a good one. But from my experience I can say that heat distribution is not same. You have to manage it, otherwise it is good one. The detachable handle is also a good feature of this product.
