Initially when I ordered, they gave the wrong product. But they quickly replaced it so I don't mind. The product is good. I've used it a few times and liked how it felt. I've rated it 4 star as the product is good and it's very easy to use. You don't have to stand holding it over the burner while preparing something in it. Looks durable and sturdy.I would have rated it 5 star if it was compatible with induction cook-top.
