It is an ideal choice for everyday cooking when you are roasting spices or preparing tadka for various curries. This Tadka Pan is Induction compatible works with gas stoves. Temper your dal kadhi dhokla and other dishes with this tadka pan. Tempering is done either at the beginning of the cooking process or as a final flavouring at the end. This Tadka pan is made with Three different layers of metal bonded together - food grade 18/8 stainless steel and SS-430 magnetic stainless steel with an encapsulated layer of aluminium in the middle right throughout the cookware for an even or better distribution of heat. Superior super smooth glossy finish outside and matt finish inside body for rich premium feeling. This tadka pan is free from any harmful chemical.
