I received a replacement, but it still has the same issue of air leakage, and it's not whistling at all. Unfortunately, there is no customer support or helpline number to seek assistance. I do not recommend this product at all.

I ordered the cooker and first time I received a used product with. Parts of whistle missing I placed a replacement order and again I received a defective product with the lid handle broken. The seller should have checked before dispatch. Disappointed with seller

Due to its beautiful design and good reviews I bought this product. But after using for 2-3 months, water was spilling out of gasket so I tried to change it , but same companies gasket was not available in market nor Amazon. So I tried different companies gasket but didn't work. So I am not able to use it since one year.

Hi we use it now more than a month. Product is good only two part can be improved. 1. Handle are bulky & still got heat up while cooking. 2. The transparent cover is mid fit can be better.
