Manufacturing Defect: This pressure cooker is having manufacturing defect. There are 2 major issues with the design. 1. Major problem is whole lead comes off as pressure increases, this happened twice with us, this is very dangerous ang risky. 2. Other major issue is food is coming out from safety valve as the height is very low as compared to diameter or capacity of the cooker. I am facing this issue since day of purchase, we thought we are not taking good proportion of water and rice/ dal, but we tried many times but same result, we are very frustrated wtih this as it very costly.
