Update: 2nd Cooker is seal packed and cooker is undamaged also thanks to Amazon for fast delivery

Prestige is the renowned brand for pressure cookers.I liked the swachh model very much.I already had 5 litre stainless Steel swachh pan model pressure cooker from past 1 year.I bought it from local seller.It's easy and hassle free model that avoids spillage.But this purchase from Amazon has proved me wrong.Till yesterday it's functioning was good.But suddenly it's disfunctioning and spillage is happening from sides, from gasket. I thoroughly clean once I use it.But suddenly the problem started.On my strong belief of the brand, and as the window period is over, I even threw the outer carton.Now what I have to do???

The cooker is very good; looks very small. Has very less spillage compared to the older cooker models used. Cooks fast too. The only con that i see is that the price of 2k seems very high for 1.5 L . May be that's the reason a glass lid is provided for this small one.

Within 15 days, After 3-4 use, steel coating on the inside base started coming off, and After every wash the aluminum base is visible very clearly. It's a steel cooker for the name sake. If u think you are shifting from aluminum to steel cooker n buy prestige brand, u r actually not doing so in reality. We r paying only for the brand name. Product is total waste of money.

Simple, and neat product. Really cooks small qtys very fast. One has to careful about spillage... not sure how this can be controlled in all small cookers .
