The cooker works well but opening and closing the lid is not easy. There is no smoothness as there should be and it also gets stuck while doing the same. Therefore i would NOT recommend the cooker.

I use for pulao and chicken curry, both times masalas sticking even oil quantity is more, curryis liquid still is sticking and smelling, instead of utensil wevuse cooker to avoid all these, but this cooker is nit satisfactory at all

Within a year and a half the lid shape has changed from original flat to buldging due to internal steam pressure whereas the safety valve is intact. It is most likely due to inferior quality of steel and it's thickness or both. This can be fatal as can cause blast / explosion .The customer care was careless in attending to complaint and called up after several days trying to shrug off the responsibility.I intend to take strict action against the company in larger interest of society.
