Bought it sox months back but when a nut went loose and we decided to visit the service centre as the product is in warranty..it was a pathetic experienceThe call centre didn't provide any number and when we visited the service centre it was very difficult to locate it as it was in an unauthorised colony.The timing was 10 to 6.30 but there is no technician available beyond 5 and the lady sitting at the counter simply said its not her problem if the service centre didn't provide details. And then she asked to visit the next day. .... finally decided to get it repaired from the local vendor..what's the point of buying a brand if the service is zero

So far the cooker is looking good. Round shape is attractive and easy to use. Also easy to pour out things from the cooker because the lid fits from outside, so top is fully open. The lid is a bit tight to fit at first, but hopefully will get used to it. Really liked the glass lid that goes with it.
