Since the product was pigeon brand and I use pigeon home products more, opted for this cooker over prestige. After 4 months of using t stopped working. It only operates in heat mode. I contacted amazon and they washed off their hands.I am trying to get in touch with pigeon support but in vain. Guys j would suggest buying from nearby shop instead of Amazon. Also people chk on other brands.
