I bought this product for the first time on Amazon,before buying I have gone through worst reviews but the problem is with the people who buy the product and cannot use it and complain about the item they receive as faulty.People who complain about this product should learn how to use it rather than complain.This is easy to use,movement is very much regulated,full value for money,my mom loved it.Overall,the promise of Hawkins. Disadvantages

The pressure cooker does not work on induction cooktop. In addition, the handle of the pressure cooker heats up so much that it is impossible to hold it with bare hands. Hence, there is no use of insulated handle.

Using this since Nov 2021 and I don't really like it. I use it mainly for cooking rice and it doesn't cook rice properly. After 2/3 whistles it still remains half kacha so after 1 whistle I have to reduce the flame and stand in front of it and wait for 1 minute or more. Feels like I'm handling a very old cooker that has gone haywire. In this day and age who has time to keep on waiting. For other items it's fine but this doesn't cook rice properly. It is easy to clean though. I will be getting another cooker mainly for rice and delegate this for curries.

Best ever model for cooking rice, vegetables for babies. It's easy and time saving cooker. Best suited for those who have babies to cook dal, veggies and even rice for adults too. At our home, we can cook using this size for 3 adults and a 1 year baby. It's comfy and handy. Go for it!!!
