it does not seem like an original futura product! on its 1st use itself, while cooking a simple rice dish, the cooker almost exploded and resulted in the food getting burned. The pressure simply dint build up, and there was no sign that the food was getting cooked. worst item..i feel cheated out of my money..sadly 30 day return period is valid only on a few products and apparently this does not qualify in that category, so just after 1 use i am stuck with this product, as no return/refund/replacement can happen for this item! complete loss of INR 3000!
