Only because I have used this Hawkins product in the past as well, can I vouch for its stellar performance w/o doubt. However this time around it came to me with the vent weight (aka whistle) "missing".Citing company policy/protocols, customer care declined to replace it or pick it up from me as a returned product.The solution options offered by customer care, apparently in favour of problem resolution, were/are impractical and not feasible, given the ongoing pandemic.I am now stuck with a product that doesn't work for me and my hard-earned money wasted.The experience that I have been put through so far is only slightly shy of being nightmarish.I certainly can't recommend to buy this particular pressure cooker from Big Bazaar (seller in this case).
