The unique pressure regulating system gives you the convenience of finger-tip pressure release and prevents clogging of the steam vent. The double-thick base stays flat heats evenly and is ideal for light frying before pressure cooking. Each Futura features an inside-fitting lid. This design is inherently safer than conventional cookers. Thus it is pressure-locked for safety like a jetliner door! The safety valve is located under the lid handle bar so that when it operates the steam is safely deflected downwards. The gasket has minimum exposure to steam inside the cooker does not rub every time the product is opened and closed so lasts longer. Stay-cool handles. Gift for my mom. She's happy with it. An honest review would be that it's build quality is very good. The problem with this cooker is thar it doesn't whistle automatically that's why most people don't want it. Don't know why my mum likes it so much.

Cooker lid is not working properly. cooker lid does not close, we r unable to use the product. We tired to call customer care again n again, dropped an email also but no response. We also inform to Silkrute customer care but till date no solution provided.
