The shipment was very quick, I received it the day after I ordered. It was well packed in an Amazon carton with a "Fragile" sticker on it, in addition to the product carton. Therefore, the product sustained no damages. I received the warranty card, but it was neither filled nor was there a stamp on it - I do not know if Amazon purchase history or bill will be honoured if there are any problems within warranty period. In any case, I have carefully preserved the bill and the cartons. The body of the product is made of good quality steel and the lid is made of glass. The chord length is small (< 1 m) as some reviews have stated. I noticed that heating occurs only on one side (in a semicircular shape) and if left unattended, food tends to burn on that side. I do not know if this is how all the multi cook products are built, because I read it as a problem in several other products as well. However, auto cutoff works well - obviously only if the cooker is closed with the lid provided. The mouth is wide, so cleaning becomes very easy. I heated water and boiled milk - both with satisfactory results. I also successfully cooked rice in it. I tried a one-pot kichdi. But dal took too long to cook, despite my soaking the dal in water overnight. Overall, the dish took 1.5 h to cook, nonetheless, some of the dal was still uncooked. A little bit of attention during the final stages of cooking - stirring the pot, reducing the heat - prevents burning. I would say it is a mixed bag of a cooker - some good and some bad.

Given the price, this is a decent product. One pro is - easy to clean and maintain, which has more to do with the model than the quality of product Con is that it doesn't evenly heat. Only 3/4 of the coil heats, which is evident from the patch/heat marks you see after a few uses. Fits for bachelors. For family,would recommend to invest more and buy a better quality one

After ordering 2 prestige products which was defective and I ordered butterfly Product which is good. Only con is it heats at single side only(it is mentioned by someone in comments) even though overall it is good. I tried milk, maggi, water everything good and cleaning also comfortable.

1st it was working good only,made noodles two times also. But as day passed it automatically started to off by itself, even by turning knob it didn't worked at all it. It stopped working and it only decides when to work when to not. such a waste of money. Go for other product. It gets overcooked on in certain part so stiring should be continue other wise it will be burnt

The damaged product was delivered.The handle attached to the cooker was broken.Though the product has 1 year warranty the company service center told that the handle is not covered in the warranty and to fix the handle some amount will be chargeble.
