I ordered it thrice and initially there were packing issues, the other two times one or the other handle would be broken. If the handle breaks so easily during transit, then it can easily break with a little use at home. The thickness of the cooker and lid is good enough, compared to prestige. The only downside is the plastic handle, it's really cheap quality and can break easily. Think before you buy!
