Bought this product on Aug (30 Aug 23) and not even 2 months, the hole near whistle got opened while cooking and water vapour just started coming out forcefully, thankfully no harm happened, but this is so dangerous experience. Previously I had good impression on Butterfly products, now little disappointed. To be improved

I understand that Butterfly being a very reputed company will give products which are very cost effective and also functions well but very disappointed the cooker did not work so there was no pressure developed but only water came out and the food did not get cooked I would like Amazon to take this matter to Butterfly company also . i HAVE A ORDERED FOR THE THIRD TIME AND IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT AVA,IABLE WHY IS IT LISTED IN AMAZON AND THEN YOU SAY YOU WILL REFUND BEACUASE YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER KINDLY REMOVE THIS PRODUCT

Overall the product is very good, locking system is simple and capable. Since this a an induction base item but especially in case to use on gas hob, please note that the base is bit thin as compared to normal cooker.
