Just got order today from the seller. It's definitely a new piece with shiny steel. Also, It has a very smooth base so not sure how compatible it is with induction but it's a day one. I have given this cooker to my mom for her birthday and delivery happened before time. Thanks. Stay tuned for update once we start using it. It's a bit towards bulky end. So make sure you know if the user can handle it (if it's a senior citizen)

Reasonable price. But you should have large hands to hold the handle. They should make it easy to hold when the cooker is really hot like other brands.

I ordered this thinking it's a good quality product but I was disappointed. First time it was delievered the handle was broken in one place. We returned it and got a replacement where the handle was broken in 2 places. Finally have asked for a refund as I dont think its a sturdy appliance. Please go for another brand even if slightly more expensive.

This will coock only 640 grams of rice I.e 4 rice cups. I don't Understand why it is measured as litre. Think before buying capacity is not measured properly 5 litres not actually 5. It's your own choice to choose before buying. It is easy to clean and stainless steel
