We have been using this for the past 8 months and are extremely pleased with the product (Butterfly Blue Line Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 5 Litre).Pros* Efficient (cooks faster compared to an older Prestige aluminum model that we had).* Extremely easy to clean. There are times when something would get burnt. In such cases, it's easy to clean (just a few additional scrubs) unlike our older models.* Still looks pretty decent after our almost daily use (South Indian rice eating family of 3).* The gasket that came with the cooker is still in a good shape.Cons* It is on the heavier side compared to aluminum models.* It might be a struggle to find the gasket for this (compared to a Prestige model). Fortunately, still have not need to hunt yet.
