Happy to have an Indian quality product. The product is little heavy . The inner part of the kadai gets scratched easily after 2-3 usage but didn't effect the cooking stain. Very easy to clean. Adds good looks in the kitchen. No question abt the quality for sure. Anybody should be satisfied. Product price might me lil competative

1. Firstly order received within 3 days ( 4/5) for fast delivery. 2. Lid of kadai looks good but it is not as seen in description ( No Vinod branding on lid) (1/5) for duplicate lid. 3. Product description say it is 3.3 ltr capacity and 2.580 kg however it hold only 3 ltr water and weight s 1.600 kg with lid (0/5) for wrong description. 4. Item promptly replaced by Amazon within 2 days (5/5) for customer service. 5. Replaced kadai is same as old along with some scratches in bonus (0/5) Item returned. 6. Sold by RetailEZ Pvt ltd (-0/5) for sending duplicate product again & again. 7. However i am not able to use the kadai despite my efforts, giving 3 star to the product due to rating obligation. 8. Advise to RetailEZ " pls change your business strategy otherwise you cannot survive by cheating the customer". 9. Intimation to Amazon " do not feel guilty for taking action against burglar".

Well, while its a lot better to cook in natural metals like stainless steel and while this product certainly feels premium with a very good finish, food particles do get stuck to surface even when being careful with low flame. Not saying that this should be compared to non-stick cookware and thus one should expect a similar result, but it still is something a buyer should bear in mind.

Using this kadhai since Nov 2022. Its very nice, no major issues. Food doesn't stick, it used to stick when kadhai was new, now its perfect. Don't use steel scrub on this. I came back on this link to buy a second one.
