Vinod Platinum triply stainless steel series is made up with SAS technology which is a triple layer construction of stainless steel aluminium and stainless steel . The inner layer is made up of food grade 18/8 stainless steel which is hygienic stainless steel and rust free. The middle layer is consists of aluminium throughout this ensures in even heat distribution and uniform cooking of food. The third layer is made of 430 stainless steel for induction compatibility. The kadai can be used for sautéing deep frying and for preparing curries and gravies. This triply stainless steel kadai is ideal for 6-7 people

This 4.1 liters capacity kadhai is the best product I have ever bought from Vinod. The kadhai came with paperwork and warranty card inside the box. Being stainless steel, it is easy to wash. And, the food doesn't sticks and burns, you can scrape it easily. That's why I gave four stars. Thumbs up.

Using this try-ply stainless steel kadhai for more than a year now. Made variety of dishes on it. This works both on gas burner & induction. Food (specially high starchy food) such as potato used to stick in the first few days of usage but after a few weeks it didn't stick anymore. I think the more you use it & cook on it, the more non-stick it becomes. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase.

First impression: It looks beautiful. It is deep and very heavy. Had a very few scratches at the bottom side but is definitely not used. Looks: it looks elegant and Has a clear mirror finish. Packing: Packing was pathetic. No amazon packing was used. Simply vinod box which was bend due to weight of kadhai. Delivery: it was super fast. Review after First use: Will update after using.

The handles get very hot when cooking, not really cool touch handles as it claims. Also, the food sticks to the bottom quite often.
