The delivered product did not have any idli plates at all. Only dhokla and Pathra plates were there inside. it did not serve the main purpose of buying this idli kadai. The photos and videos all show idli plates and other plates. Was so confident of Vinod brand that I did not unpack and check before bringing it outside India but very disappointed at what was inside

The idli plate did seem small initially but if u pour little more batter the idli size turns out perfect. Good for a small family of 2-3 persons. Quality has Vinod class! Have been using many of vinod stainless steel products for several years.

Good quality steel is used. It is very small and compact. The only problem i found is that the idlis on below stand gets wet due droplets dripping over it. There is no valve on the lid for steam to escape
