I love cooking with this kadai. It's sturdy and yet easy to handle. Its thickness ensures that heat distributes evenly, and that food doesn't stick to the surface. I am going to be using it for a long time. Don't be put off by the metal handles. They do get heated a bit while cooking, but it won't be anything you can't handle. Also, look up how to season this kadai on youtube.
