The kadai was too good but it was just a little smaller than I expected. It's a small cute one for dry vegetables it's fine. It's best for one adult and one small child's food not more but for dry veg it will work best.

I had purchased this product for using it in my L.G. DISHWASHER as I wanted to replace my old Aluminum "kadhai" which can't be used in a dishwasher, and I am quite satisfied with the product. It is stainless steel and perfect for my dishwasher. It gets quickly heated on gas stove like a steel utensil and it's heat is evenly distributed as Aluminum being in its sandwiched inner layer. However as for every cooking sessions you learn by experience, and I found that initially some food got stuck in the base due to excessive high flame but bit by bit I learned to regulate the heat from gradually low to high and now I am able to perfectly use the kadhai to the best of its capacity and"triply" metal bonding quality. Its lid is quite good and perfectly fits in to prevent heat loss while cooking and the handle on top of the pan remains reasonably cold for lifting by hand while the pan is hot during cooking process.TRULY SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.

I am writing this review after 3 months of usage. This Kadai is a worthy purchase considering that it stays for many years. Cooking will be good for a small family of 2-4. Product is sturdy, heavy and has some non stick properties to a certain extent. Even if there is sticky food, it can be cleaned with no much difficulty. Heat distribution and retention is good. Always remember to keep the flame in low to medium range. Only drawback is the handle becomes hot upon extended use but it can be easily handled with a kitchen duster.
