The middle layer of triply is a heat conducting layer which is sandwiched between food grade SS 304 surgical stainless steel and induction friendly magnetic stainless steel. It uses 20% less oil than normal cookware. Stahl cookware is the only triply cookware that boasts of investment cast ergonomic handles that are a perfect grip in your hands. The heatproof handles ensure that your hands dont feel the heat. The kadais seamlessly rounded edges enable a spill proof smooth pour.

I already have a Stahl's cooker and the thought to buy a kadhai for making stew,Sabji and other food items from the same manufacturer naturally had come quickly to mind.and I am happy that I bought it.Its easy to clean ,sturdy, shining even after using it for more than a month. Only you should use on medium flame and stir with wooden spatula

Product quality is good, even heating across the utensil, value for money, only drawback can't use it in a high flame for dry roasting as it will burn the food.The heat resistance handle become too hot if the cooking time is more than 20 mins approx.

Overall quite a good product, especially for high heat cooking. The silicone grips on the handles makes it perfect to handle when it's hot. Wish the same grip was there in the lid handle. Have to use a cloth to remove the lid while cooking :( . Wonder why it got completely overlooked. Hope in new products that is taken care of. Else will have to look for different brands.

This is my second purchase of the Stahl Kadai. My first one works excellently and is still in excellent condition but I find myself wanting to use it to cook almost everything, so I just had to buy another one.Easy to use and easy to clean. Ticks all the boxes for me.
