I live in the US and when my husband was visiting India bought this. After a few uses the coating came off and I reached out to the co. A representative emailed me and asked for the pictures of the damaged item and the back of the product and proof of purchase. After sharing a lot of emails they said they will replace and asked for mailing address in India. Once I emailed the details no response. I’ve been emailing them every few days but not a word about the replacement. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Would advice not to buy these as the som pant stahl doesn’t respond to a genuine product issue…

Advantages
I like this product for the size and ease of cleaning. The non stock coating is high up to the edges, therefore large quality can be cooked. But the bottom of this vessel is very thin and burns food very easily. Constant turning of food and attention is needed while cooking. Therefore not ideal for slow cooking or high heat cooking.

I use the kadhai to make sookhi sabji, it sticks at the bottom. Need normal amount of greasing . I feel cheated as i bought a non stick kadhai after buying artisan kadhai .So donot buy it.
