Bought it during my recent india visit from a local store. Generally, i am quite wary of prestige products as their workmnship is always inferior to , say, a Hawkins and the quality of their hard aodised pressure cooker is degrading day by day. But this little karahi is of very good quality. It is not too heavy and very good for cooking all sorts of dishes. Bear in mind that it is not non-stick. Things will never stick if you use adequate quantity of oil.I normally use it for cooking gravy dishes though i had intended to use it for deep-frying(yet to try it). I do wish handles were little bit more economic. Karahi lid is made of stainless steel which is better than glass. The lid knob is made of plastic and it is screwed to the lid. Normally, these sorts of knobs tend to break apart after 1-2 years of regular usage. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one!Size is good for a family of three. Recommended.
