There was a small scratch to the anodised coating inside the kadhai.Cloud tail needs to do quality check of items before delivery.Looks like the box was opened and then resealed with a normal cellophane tape at the ware house.Couldtail, please do QC of items before delivery to ensure the original factory packaging are not tampered with and items daamaged.

Have been using it for a year now, it was a gift from a friend, user friendly, gradually gets to be non stick, a bit heavy for daily use, excellent for meat dishes, can be used straight on the dining table, overall I am very satisfied with the product. A hot water rinse is advisable to kill the food odour.

The prestidge company is not responding to complaints. They r asking us to bring the cookware to their service centre and show them that the food is sticky. No exchange . Not rectifying the defect. We had worst experience. Dont buy hard anodised cookware.The purpose is defeated. Not easy to clean.
