One of my best and favourite purchases for the kitchen. Such sturdy built and body… and so durable. This multi-function kadai is a must have. Also, the packaging by Cloudtail was phenomenal. Even if the delivery guys played football with this packaging, there could be no damage. Excellent packaging. Absolutely nothing to think. Just buy it.

It is a good and durable product. Only that the lower tray is difficult to remove when steaming is complete. The handles are close to the edge.

There is a bend in the metal frame of the glass lid but you can easily fix it with hand itself or with the help of a player. But it shouldn't be like that.

Item is very small. It's not heavy.Value for money is not there.due to brand value and unable to goto local market for a better item, I'm retaining it else I could have returned it asap.It's very costly. The maximum ost should be around 700-800.
