Advantages

Very easy to cook. Heat distributed evenly, food does not burn. Easy to clean. Not heavy at all, so quite good for senior citizens. Handles do not get hot. Good delivery speed and well packed new unit.

Advantages

The kadhai is very good and excellently moulded. The lid fits beautifully and there is no heat escape during cooking. As a result the moisture content of the vegetables is trapped very well and food gets cooked faster. The only thing to bear in mind while using this utensil is that it is better to use it on a low to medium flame as the handle on the lid gets hot even though it has a good silicone lining. So far we have not faced any problem with this kadhai and are happy with the purchase.

Disadvantages

Used Bergner Kadai and when comapring, there is spot Hearing due to which food burns while cooking. I will not recommend this expensive Kadai. I would rather go with Bergner Kadai on similar cost but much better.
