If you are confused between brands and thinking as to why you need to spend this much think no more. I was in a similar state and glad that I purchased Hawkins. Its been more than 1.5 years since I been using this product and the inner coating is as good as new. Use a silicone ladle with this and clean using soft scrubber (preferably pink one from scotch brite) and the product will last you really long. Impressive quality and durability. This product is worth every rupee spent. When your helper washes it just ask them to keep this separately as occasional rubbing with steel/aluminium utensils can damage the coating.FYI... my helper forgets to do this most of the time and ends up using green scrubber still the product has shown no signs of damage on coating. However as it is placed along with other utensils the edges have developed minor scratches. Nothing serious.

Product quality wise is perfect. One nonstick kadai likethis in home is ok but we can spend the same money on purchasing stainless steel kadais which are healthier option and we can get 2 stainless steel kadais for the same price

Advantages

Hawkins and Prestige, 2 brands; you can rarely doubt their quality. This one is same too, but it's meant for stir fry, low to medium heat cooking or say cooking time not beyond 25-30 mins. But that's what nowadays all good quality Nonstick are made for. For Deep Fry, High Heat n Long time cooking, use Stainless steel or Aluminum or Cast Iron utensils.

As per Hawkins specification 2.5L we measured and found maximum volume 1.9 L only so we are not happy with volume others ok.
