These surpass my Prestige Omega Deluxe kadhai in several ways:1) The rounded bottom reduces oil usage as everything gravitates towards the center.2) The double-screwed handles remain secure, eliminating the need for constant tightening, a prevalent issue with my Prestige kadhai.

Have been waiting for a price drop to buy this. Finally bought this for Rs 1225 (MRP 1375) with 15% Silkrute pay cashback. So effective price is Rs 1042, which is a fantastic deal for this pan. The package contains a deep fry pan, a lid, a wooden spatula and a nylon scrubber. The deep fry pan has a diameter of 25 cm and a depth of 8 cm. Photos are attachedThe product is non stick in its true sense. As with all non stick utensils use this in low heat for a long life. The quality is exceptional. But that is to be expected from the Hawkins brand. This pan has a 2 year warranty. Log on to hawkinscookers.com and register your product as soon as you receive the product. Clean using the nylon scrubber provided with the pan. Avoid using steel spoons in the pan.Dont go for low price pans, because most of them will be worn out by the end of the year. Spend a little more and get a product that last twice or thrice the life of low priced ones. Overall excellent product.NB - Hawkins rarely offers deep discount like Prestige and other brands. So if you get around 5-10 % discount to MRP buy without second thoughts.

If you are confused between brands and thinking as to why you need to spend this much think no more. I was in a similar state and glad that I purchased Hawkins. Its been more than 1.5 years since I been using this product and the inner coating is as good as new. Use a silicone ladle with this and clean using soft scrubber (preferably pink one from scotch brite) and the product will last you really long. Impressive quality and durability. This product is worth every rupee spent. When your helper washes it just ask them to keep this separately as occasional rubbing with steel/aluminium utensils can damage the coating.FYI... my helper forgets to do this most of the time and ends up using green scrubber still the product has shown no signs of damage on coating. However as it is placed along with other utensils the edges have developed minor scratches. Nothing serious.
