The Futura Hard Anodised Deep-Fry Pans are distinguished by elegant comfortable rosewood handles fixed on sturdy stainless steel brackets which are permanently riveted to the pans. The handles are carefully designed to provide greater comfort and safety particularly when handling heavy loads or hot oil. The pans have curved sides suitable for deep-frying and stir-frying. The Hard Anodised finish on these pans will stay looking new for years. The toughened thick Glass Lid is made of heat-resistant glass with a strong stainless steel rim and stay-cool knob. I bought this for my mother' anniversary... She was very happy to see that... She told me that the product is very good. Quality and look wise also is too good. The handle quality is better than any other non stick. Size is also good. 1.5kg to 2 kg chicken can be cooked easily..But it is too heavy. Because of that it can be tough to Clean..

I purchased the 1.5l kadhai (my hand is there in the pic for size reference) only for deep frying purposes because the larger kadhais require a lot of oil. So I think it fits my purpose pretty well. As always hard anodized is sturdy and you can always trust futura for quality cookware. I also own a 2.5l induction bottom kadhai that I've used since a year. It's performing well.

Cant comment about the durability as of now. But it is a good product with thick bottom. Usually Chinese cuisine need to be cooked with high flame and it is best for that purpose. This can be used for biriyani dum as well.Became a fan of the product and ordered the same in different sizes.
