The Futura Hard Anodised Deep-Fry Pans are distinguished by elegant comfortable rosewood handles fixed on sturdy stainless steel brackets which are permanently riveted to the pans. The handles are carefully designed to provide greater comfort and safety particularly when handling heavy loads or hot oil. The pans have curved sides suitable for deep-frying and stir-frying. The Hard Anodised finish on these pans will stay looking new for years. The toughened thick Glass Lid is made of heat-resistant glass with a strong stainless steel rim and stay-cool knob. I purchased 30 cm , 3.75 L with steel lid. I was thinking that it is very costly and i am investing lot of money. But the kadhai has a truly premium quality and it's very heavy & sturdy. Vessels of this quality will last for generations. No doubt it will last for years. The wooden handle looks great, the vessells heats well on Induction stove as well. The lid fits properly and serves the purpose.Please find the video attached where i show cooking with this vessell on Prestige Induction stove.@Silkrute - the packaging ?? was not proper. It's was broken and look very bad. The item was sent with the original box itself in a damage condition. Please correct this.

Don't use metal spatulas and don't wash the kadai when it's hot. Cook on medium heat unless you are boiling curries which are not too thick. Treat it with care and the pan will last you a lifetime
