Pan is heavy but not the lid. It heats up faster.Handles get hot if u keep it on flame for long time.Not completely non stick kind. You have to cook on low flame to avoid sticking.As advertised it is not metal friendly, Metal spoons damage the look and texture.Flat kadhai is way better than the deep model. Ensures even cooking.Cleaning Tip: After washing, dry it with a cloth to get spotless kadai. For shinier kadai, rinse with little vinegar.Edit Review after two uses: Worst to invest on. Bit expensive and worth the quality. Handle got broken from the lid ??
