Very good product. Using it for many months now. It is easy to use and is non stick too but not like completely non stick. You need to stir the food often else it may stick.

Disadvantages

We use several Bergner products and are very happy with their products in terms of quality, finish and price. However, for this product we are shocked to find that the Teflon coating is peeling/flaking off in little hexagons which poses a very serious health issue in case the Teflon gets mixed with the food being cooked. This is the situation in spite of very good care taken by us in usage and cleaning. We use only silicone spatula and low temeperature for cooking to avoid even small Teflon contamination in the food. Much cheaper Teflon coated products have served us better in the past than this Bergner product. It is also not clear if Bergner offers any replacement under product warranty. Our product is about 2 years old.

Non-stick coating is good infact different from other non stick products. Outer layer of stainless steel is very good. According to me must buy this Kadai. Superb quality.

Product quality is very poor . Its nonstick coating is coming out in less than 3 months . Picture attached. Even we wash it only in dishwasher . No one picks the customer care number mentioned here for quality

Advantages

Expensive but with Superior quality steel and non stick surface. Deep enough for my usage, very heavy compared to other contemporary varieties. Used cheaper products before but questionable durability and non stick quality lead me to Bergman I’m expecting this one to last for 3-4 yrs.
