Use non-metallic spatulas (silicon or bamboo) while cooking and soft sponge while cleaning to keep the inner layer safe.Update after 2.5 years - Still working fine, good heat conduction, easy to clean. For any stains, use warm water & green scotch brite with soft hands.

It’s a little heavy since it’s really big on size !! But an amazing product for bulk cooking !! Easy to clean food does not stick !! Also used In Dishwasher n it was perfectly fine !! Must buy !! Beignet has amazing products using quite a few of them !! No complaints

Overall a Wonderful product. Look is awsome... very sturdy... one peice product... handles do not get heated up much... heat gets evenly distributed throughout the kadhai.. the best part is dishes do not stick to be bottom if cooked in medium flame... it reqiues a bit more oil than what is required in a nonstick one... but i am absolutely ok with it as steel is a much more safe option. I would like to buy some more items of this brand.

Just works like the non stick kadai. Even though I do feel fry or dry gravey or anthing sticky also. If you close and leave kadai after cooking for 15mins it will automatically come out of kadai with normal laddle. That much non sticky. Easy to clean. Durable. Best of my cookware collections. I'm using it almost a year and writing this review.

Very sturdy, high quality. I bought this primarily because I wanted something smallish that I could use for deep frying without having to use too much oil. It works for cooking small quantities of vegetables for 2 people. My maid is happy with it because she feels it gets hotter and cooks better than my ceramic coated wondechef kadai, however it does require a bit of scrubbing to clean. It is also quite discoloured on the outside after regular use but I don't particularly mind considering that it will probably last a lifetime.

As I have expected. I didnt get any used product as mentioned by some people on the review, packaging was good. As it is made up of steel n aluminium one can expect that its not non stick. Like any other steel utensils food does get stick but very easy to remove it as well. Its like cooking in an aluminium utensil, only its a healthier option. Moreove its heavy which implies that it has got some good builtup. Happy with my product and also with amazon.

Have been using it since dec 18', bought @ 2820/-. Has worked very well, when used for slow cooking at sim level flame. Doesn't stick then. Starts sticking if used at higher flames and not stirred enough. Big enough to cook 2 kgs of meat/veggies. Will work very if one doesn't toil over the kadhai and just let it be with the lid on, stirring every 10-15 min or so. Will last a long time, is about 3 kgs in weight empty with lid. Barely fits in the kitchen sink, but easy to clean. To those saying that there is aluminium content, kindly google what tri-ply means and then rant.

Like: Excellent material finish. 28cm is the “Perfect” size for cooking dishes, deep frying, serving, etc for upto 8 people. Heats-up fast. Sturdy, Heavy, and hence doesn’t topple or shake when stirring! Easily washable.Dislike: None.Advice: Before using these stainless steel vessels, learn the basics of how to cook in them, how to season them and how to wash them. If you can maintain them the way they’re supposed to, they will definitely last a decade!My 10th Bergner Triply vessel! Can’t get any better :)

Good product. If u cook in low flame it works like nonstick. My concern about this product is, they would have given handle to the lid. It become difficult while cooking since the lid become hot. Otherwise nice product. U can cook nearly 600-750 gms of veggies. Good for making sabji for 3-4 persons.
