एक बढ़िया प्रोडक्ट। मेरे घर में पुरानी एल्यूमिनियम अलॉय कढ़ाई थी और काफी हल्की भी थी इसलिए मेरी मां और वाइफ को पसंद थी। लेकिन एल्यूमिनियम में खाना रखना या पकाना सेहत के लिए , खासकर दिमाग के लिए हानिकारक होताहै , इसलिए मैं स्टील कढ़ाई की शोध में था, थैंक्स bergner और amazon , जैसा एक्सपेक्ट किया था ऐसा ही प्रोडक्ट मिला।याद रखिए: 1.ये एक हेवी कढ़ाई है , क्योंकि स्टील की है। मेरी वाइफ को सब हल्का चाहिए , मेने समझाया की मेरीबेटी जो अभी ८ साल की ही है उसके लिए स्टील के बर्तन ही चाहिए जो हेवी होते है।2.थोड़ा पीला स्टेन आखिर में बचता है लेकिन धूल जाता है,3.किसने कॉमेंट किया है की हैंडल गरम हो जाते है इसलिए कपड़े का इस्तमाल करना पड़ता है ! इतना तो होना ही है ,जब आपको हेल्थ , ब्रेन का ख्याल रखना है तो एल्यूमिनियम को भूलना ही होगा , और इतना तो चलाना पड़ेगा। थैंक्स amazon.

Advantages

The original box was not thick enough to prevent damage to the item inside as it didnot have further outer box. So the item was dented on three spots requiring me to return. Had the original box been encased with another box, this may probably be avoided.

Food doesn't stick!! I don't miss my nonstick cookware at all. Even if something does stick a bit, just soak it and it's easy to clean. Price could have been a little bit lower. Remember to use on medium flame. Overall I'm happy with the product and ordered another one.

I have been using this for cooking on induction.Heating is quick and uniform. Food does not burn like in thin gauge steel utensils.Design is good and smooth on the inside - easy to run the spatula all around while cooking.Also, it is not very heavy.This is a very good investment overall

This wok is excellent quality even good international brands will feel shy of this. Trust me I have used loads of All Clad products. It is easy to clean even in a dish washer and almost like non stick . I use tamarind paste to clean it along with liquid cleaner .
