TLDR: Don't buy it if you don't want your food sticking to it. Cheaper kadhai made of clay, cast iron or aluminium do a better job. Tri-ply is a joke. Food will burn in the bottom and not cook at the top.What do you look for in a cooking vessel.It should be easy to live with and cook in.1. It should conduct heat well and evenly. and maintain that heat properly without burning food.2. It should be easy to clean3. It should be durable.4. It should be relatively affordable and value for money.This Kadhai satisfies none of these except durability. The food sticks to the bottom very easily even when cooked in low flame. Even aluminum kadhai bought for 300 bucks perform better than this. This is very sticky. If you intend to fry something in it, forget about it. You will keep scraping the bottom with your laddle. It will take a long time to cook because it takes very long for the heat to transfer.All the fancy try-ply is just utter nonsense. Cast Iron kadhai and Aluminium kadhai are far better in terms of being able to cook food well. This takes longer and still burns the food. I don't understand how it manages to do that.I'd decided I'd cook in my aluminium, or earthen or cast iron pots going forward. This bergner is nothing but a name and a very high price tag. I've decided to relegate it to menial tasks such as washing vegetables and using it as a base for other vessels. This kadhai is good for that and nothing else.

एक बढ़िया प्रोडक्ट। मेरे घर में पुरानी एल्यूमिनियम अलॉय कढ़ाई थी और काफी हल्की भी थी इसलिए मेरी मां और वाइफ को पसंद थी। लेकिन एल्यूमिनियम में खाना रखना या पकाना सेहत के लिए , खासकर दिमाग के लिए हानिकारक होताहै , इसलिए मैं स्टील कढ़ाई की शोध में था, थैंक्स bergner और amazon , जैसा एक्सपेक्ट किया था ऐसा ही प्रोडक्ट मिला।याद रखिए: 1.ये एक हेवी कढ़ाई है , क्योंकि स्टील की है। मेरी वाइफ को सब हल्का चाहिए , मेने समझाया की मेरीबेटी जो अभी ८ साल की ही है उसके लिए स्टील के बर्तन ही चाहिए जो हेवी होते है।2.थोड़ा पीला स्टेन आखिर में बचता है लेकिन धूल जाता है,3.किसने कॉमेंट किया है की हैंडल गरम हो जाते है इसलिए कपड़े का इस्तमाल करना पड़ता है ! इतना तो होना ही है ,जब आपको हेल्थ , ब्रेन का ख्याल रखना है तो एल्यूमिनियम को भूलना ही होगा , और इतना तो चलाना पड़ेगा। थैंक्स amazon.

If you are going for a bigger size go for the kadhai because 26 or 28 cms it's difficult to hold the tesla without the handle. Other than that no problem the quality is very goodFor smaller sizes this tesla is perfect
