Quality not up to the mark . Base got burnt in one use. Feeling bad for my choice as I bought this seeing pigeon brand although cheaper options were also available. Not recommended from my side. Want to return it but return window is closed. Company should improve the quality.

Not happy after buying this, not able to cook with this product properly, every time it got heat UP the above cover started getting off automatically due to steam pressure you have to hold it UP manualy to cook, product quality is very thin.

Quality is poor..Thin sheet material used for steaming pot. Looks like not a genuine product of Pegion..Don't know how it got a four star rating. Poor workmanship .Idly plates not fixing firmly and is loose while plastic nut tightened. Even brand name of Pegion is not properly visible on the steaming cap handle as well as at the the bottom of the steaming pot..Found black welding spots or rust spots ( not sure what type of spots exactly appears) in idly plates..Not at all value for money product ..Very cheap product which can be obtained at any local steel shop..
