The quality of Handi is very good. I followed up the instructions before using the handi and it did not break even after heating. Received a good product in this price. One should definitely have one of the clay pots, I used it for cooking chicken and thr taste turned out so good. The cleaning process was very easy as the handi came it ash powder and made the cleaning much easier. One must buy these clay pots and you will find the difference in taste of your food. Much recommended.
