Really heavy so retain more heat and hence cooks well. Using it since 2 months and love grilling fish and chicken in it. Sometimes it gets sticky depending on the masala used for marination.

While the build quality of the product is good but it completely fails on the functionality. To give a fair chance we have tried grilling both paneer and fish with a number of variations in marination but the item would just stick to the base of the pan. This is good only to spoil your dishes and appetite.At such a high price it just is not worth it. Highly avoidable.

With the look of this, the quality looks superb. But when you actually start using it , very cheap quality iron with no coating etc. It is very hard to cook food on this. I have a similar model of some foreign brand and that is extremely user friendly and cooks very well. Mr Kapoor, you must test your quality before endorse anything. Sad.

Very heavy. The handle is useless since it is made of iron too with no insulation material so it gets very hot, so Cannot lift the pan with the handle.

On very first use, Paneer pieces completely got stuck as that it was absolutely impossible to remove them from the pan. The griller gets everything sticks to the surface and ultimately burned within few seconds, even on the low gas flame. THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH BUYING AT ALL.
