They are perfect for cooking appan as the batter do not get stuck on the pan.. easy to make. But the pan handles are too short, they get easily hot, which is really a issue. I had to buy silicone cover for the handles.

I am writing this review after 6 months use. Pan is heavy enough to protect food from burning. Non stick coating is also very good and didn't come out after 6 month use. Only problem is with handle. Handle start bobbling and tried to tight many times but come back to same state after 2 or 3 use.
