Size:SmallVinod Stainless steel pressure cookers are made from 100% Virgin Surgical 18/8 Stainless steel.   This grade is also known as AISI 304.      To ensure you uniform and faster cooking we have used an extra thick aluminium at the bottom.   The total thickness of the bottom is 6.5mm.     This also ensures that the base always remains flat and does not bulge.
