Am sorry to say, but just after two use bubbles have come on the pan. I was told by customer service to write ur issues regarding the product and seller will contact u. So plss help me, I just want that as the product has life time warranty, and it's just 20days of purchase ,bubbles has arised on the pan and it's rough. Kindly acknowledge my problem and plss look forward to it as soon as possible. Had no issues till now with any of my purchases and if had amazon has always, been there. Hope this time also I will be looked forward Thank u

Had high hopes from this brand, but after getting in touch with them to process a warranty claim (the pans and tawa developed rust even before use), they instead sent me guidelines on how to take care of the vessels. But these just developed rust in storage without ever being used. Despite follow-ups have not heard back. There is no replacement or refund and one has nowhere to go. Avoid this at all costs as it isn't the same quality as Meyer US or UK, and then if something happens nobody will respond to your messages for warranty claim. The Indian company is making a mockery of their customers. Avoid at all costs!

Received the product without instruction manual, price tag or warranty card. Also size is too small for a four member family (my fault for ordering a small size pan). Anyway returning the same.

Advantages

The replacement for a broken handle was promptly received but once again without the canvas handle cover. It would be nice if there was no follow up to be done. This is my 4th meyer cookware purchase and only one delivery was complete.
