I think I found the best cooking pan. It can beused as cook pan or fry pan. It's large enough to accommodate food for 4 people.vEarlier I have tried to use iron kadais, pots and non stick. The steel pan is the best in terms of easy maintenance, easy to wash and use. Heat distribution is even and food doesn't get burnt. Worth buying Kent fry pan.

Defective design: 1. The bottom is not flat. So it swivels around while stirring things and the induction keeps switching on n off. 2. Things get horribly stuck to the bottom and get burnt. 3. Riveting is imperfect. There are irregular gaps in one rivet each at the lid and the pan.
