Overall it is a good pan. As we know, with steel, we need to be careful with the heat, so yes, food tends to stick to the bottom of the pan if cooked on high flame. So it is advisable to use the small burner and at low to medium flame. The pan is extremely sturdy and cleans like a charm in the dishwasher. Go for it.

This is the worst ever vessel I ever used, everything just sticks to the pan. Almost like it have a glue in the surface. Ever seen upma sticking to the pan? See the image.

Finally found the pad which doesn't stick . Cooking is really easy and fast . The build is rock solid . Specially the internal texture is so good that the food doesn't stick . Even if food burns on the surface a simple push with spatual removes it . I found the best one after a lot of research. I am using the 24cm one for a couple of months now. And recently bought a 22 cm one also .

The product quality is good. It's easy to clean, and is compatible with induction and dishwasher. Just one issue with the lid - it gets too heated and can't be touched directly. The handle is fine but heat distribution in the lid is not user friendly.
