I bought this pan to particularly make dose as I dint want to use non stick dose pan. The doses come very nice and crispy. I seasoned the pan as per the instructions manual and made 1 small dose to check and boy was I surprised! Perfect dose! Once the pan is seasoned it is just like a non stick pan. So for the subsequent doses I sprinkled some water on the pan put few drops of oil and spread it with an onion and poured the batter. The pan is heavy and it's handle is very smooth and elegant. This pan is not dishwasher safe. It does get discoloured on the 1st use but it can be cleaned with vinegar. The instructions manual itself is so impressive. Overall a very good pan and the price is also lower than other brands. I would definitely recommend this to other people and use it after reading the detailed instructions manual.
